Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) or an exchange.

Returns

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.

Unless the item is faulty or supplied in error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item for processing. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery

Most orders are dispatched the same working day where possible and are sent using a fully tracked delivery service.

Standard UK mainland delivery is £2.99.

Orders are shipped using a range of trusted courier services selected according to the size, weight and destination of your order.

For larger, heavier or specialist items, alternative delivery arrangements may occasionally be required. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

International Orders

We are happy to ship internationally where available.

Please note that customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, taxes and courier clearance or handling charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
